Abstract

The article highlights the historical issues of the development of vocational guidance for adolescents with disabilities in health in Russia. The harmful factors of the professional and industrial environment and the professions recommended for adolescents are given. The authors give a clinical example of medical professional advice to adolescents with diseases of the digestive system.
