Аннотация

Введение. Глобализация, развитие науки и медицины способствовали повсеместному распространению знаний о мерах профилактики заболеваний, однако на практике все еще наблюдается значительный разрыв между осведомленностью о мерах профилактики заболеваний и их практическим применением. Этот феномен представляет серьезную проблему: он снижает эффективность профилактических программ и ведет к увеличению бремени заболеваний. Цель исследования — актуализировать проблему разрыва между знаниями и практическими действиями у населения. Задачи исследования: выявить, классифицировать и обосновать факторы, влияющие на переход у людей от знаний к действиям, проследить их взаимосвязи, оценить относительную значимость различных групп модификаторов в формировании разрыва. Несоответствие между осведомленностью о профилактике заболеваний и реальными действиями обусловлено сложным взаимодействием множества факторов, разделяемых на индивидуальные (психологические, ресурсные) и внешние (социальные, государственные, экологические, культурные, информационные). Хотя каждый из таких факторов может сыграть ключевую роль в конкретной ситуации, совокупный анализ их влияния указывает на определяющее значение среды, прежде всего политических факторов. Именно действия государства (или их отсутствие) в различных сферах создают общий контекст, в рамках которого формируется индивидуальный выбор и соответствующее поведение. Государственная политика воздействует на большинство барьеров, препятствующих превращению знаний о профилактике в практические действия, как непосредственно, так и косвенно. Полученные результаты могут способствовать разработке эффективных профилактических программ, задействующих влиятельные факторы возникновения разрыва. Особое значение реализация таких программ имеет в раннем возрасте, когда формирование полезных навыков закладывает фундамент приверженности профилактике и тем самым способствует благополучию будущих поколений.
